Originally built by William Lever for the workers of the nearby soap factory.
He had a strong sense of social responsibility and created a village with open spaces, an uplifting place to live and work.
Port Sunlight is now home to 2000 residents, an award winning museum and an Edwardian workers cottage.
Above the Museum is a Tea Room which also provides soup, sandwiches and light lunches.
We have a guided coach tour of the site.
The coach will leave Market Harborough Bus Station at 8am
Cost of the Coach, Tour, Museum and Workers Cottage is £23
