We resume our meetings on the 13th of September from 10am – 12noon. This year we will be returning to Mindfulness as understanding this meditation helps people to become self aware. This enables them to live in the moment and understand our reactions to others in difficult situations. This will result in the use of positive thought and a feeling of calmness. We meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, new members are always welcome. Susanne Trevorrow.
