Relaxation for Life

We meet on the 2nd and the 4th Tuesdays of each month from 10am – 12 noon and the dates for October are the 11th and the  25th.  Mindfulness Meditation is very popular at the moment but understanding how it works can be confusing.  Mindfulness is all about being self aware and aware of how others react and behave in life situations.  As we understand the behaviour of others we understand our own.  This gives us control of our lives and the ability to live in the moment.  Mindfulness is about freeing ourselves from years of conditioning and with this freedom comes maturity and fulfillment.  If you are interested in joining our group do please contact me.  Susanne Trevorrow.
