Relaxation for Life – November meetings

The dates for November are the 14th and the 28th, we will not be meeting in December.  We start again on January the 9th and new members are always welcome.  We meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month from 10-12noon.  If you are interested do please contact me.  Susanne Trevorrow.
